This workshop is aimed to give you the skills required to plan your vegetable garden;  and give you the confidence to begin or increase what you already know.

In this workshop , you will learn how to :

• Analyse your soil and site; and choose the right location
• Choose the structure appropriate for you : raised beds, traditional rows, lasagna method and no dig beds
• Step by step process for amending the soil along with timelines
• Determine which vegetables you want to grow along with space required
• Create a plan for rotating the crops and use companion planting
• Irrigation options and understand water needs for various vegetables
• Creation of a timeline and high level plan
